Don’t bother ordering anything that’s gonna be delivered by Yodel into a tower block because a lot of their drivers do not like Lift they use a classic use cannot find it even though the tower block postcode they said they would deliver the next day which would’ve been the 20th of the month but on the web search all it says we’ve still got it so they can’t find a driver who doesn’t mind coming into Lift. Where do I start well the lodge we stopped in the elm 7 was supposed to be an executive lodge in my wife and mine opinion it is no way should be called an executive staining on the seats there was an awful smell. I thought it was a bleach smell the bed well the mattress must’ve been from the 1920s got no support pillows we’re supposed to be bounceback. God knows where the bounce had gone they definitely wasn’t any in those pillows. sheets were filthy. They had to be changed because there was black mould on them lipstick on the pillowcase mattress Housekeeping came in and change the sheets also the hot tub wasn’t filled the gas boiler has broken. It took three engineers, three visits over 2day to get it working. Spoke to somebody who lived on the site and they said it’s been a known problem for quarter while engineers were always out having to top up. The boiler in the hot tub had to be drained and cleaned again because there was dead flies floating on top I must admit I was going to go home but the Mrs put her foot down and said no we’re staying
