Twice now they have upped my direct debit by more than 100% (over double).
I would not recommend these sharks to anyone.
3 times in 1 afternoon i spent nearly an hour on hold just to be cut off when i speak to someone.
This company is a joke. Use them at your peril.
I'm pretty sure this review will not be published but i was asked to give an honest review of this company so that's what i have given.

After reading through your feedback I apologise for the fact your monthly direct debits have increased, I can appreciate the natural shock at this, however we do have processes in place whereby this can be resolved.
