Once again parcel2go and royal mail came up trumps. Postie turned up with labels already printed,its was too big for him to carry as he was still delivering. I put the labels on and postie was back within the hour.item was fully tracked all way to delivering in Belgium. Couldn't be happier, great value and great service.

Ordered a bottle of Zacapa XO at a terrific price.The order was very straight forward and the rum arrived very quickly and perfectly packaged. I thought it was such a great price as the presentation box was meant to be damaged, this wasn't the case,everything was perfect. I also bought another bottle of rum and this arrived at same time.
Unfortunately im not able to enjoy this purchase right now as im doing dry jan/Feb,, seemed like a good idea at the time :-(.
Counting the days to 1st march.I can thoroughly recommend this company.

The new lottery app is horrible to use.been buying the lottery online for years with no problem. This latest update is terrible. Very clunky and difficult to check your ticket if you play for 2weeks or more.i actually purchased more tickets as I thought my ticket was finished. If its not broken, leave it alone.

Following an unsatisfactory time trying to negotiate an upgrade with id mobile I contacted this company and explained the situation. Zayna I believe was very patient and clearly explained my options, called me back ,on time and was very knowledgeable and courteous. Offered me exactly to product I required,keeping same number and no stress.why id mobile couldn't do this is beyond me.two minutes after phone call with zayna my id mobile app was showing new contact. Im delighted with the ease of upgrade and would recommend anyone requiring a new phone deal to call Mobiles.co.uk 1st.Thank you Zayna ,your help was greatly appreciated.

Put a fridge freezer in the basket, delivery, fitting and removal of old appliance,tried to get a delivery date before completing the order.phoned their customer service number, only to be told that I would be approx 14days before delivery. No use since everything in the freezer would be ruined.cancelled the order and bought from another company with delivery next day.Then received a message from my phone provider to say I had called a premium rate number and had been charged 45p per minute. I will never do business with a company who charges customers who call them looking for help and advice .UPDATE,IN RESPONSE.
The item was a beko fridge freezer,removed from the sale due to a long wait for delivery. After calling your premium rate call centre..Thats the issue, I fully understand if the delivery company and fitters you use can't deliver in the timeframe required, but having to call a premium rate number for sales update is not for me.i won't put my postcode on trustpilot, but happy to provide this to trustpilot if you doubt this review.

Starts off very affordable but if you need to claim be aware that there will be consequences. Following a claim for my flatcoat my insurance more than doubled.when I enquired why the massive increase i was told that the dog was getting older , the cost of the claim .etc.Complete nonsense. The dog wasn't 3 years old, claim was for a bloat incident. Stomach was stitched to abdominal wall so hardly likely to be reoccurring.They said the increase was justified. .sorry but it isn't imo.i have a £4500 cover and never came close to using it.
A friend is insured with the kennel club ,has a £7500 limit and has been close to that for a couple of years with her poorly spaniel. Paying nothing like i am and has had minimal increases over the past 4years.if the premium increases again at year end i will cancel the insurance and pay money into an account for any future vet requirements. Update.
Have just been asked to provide my details to post office insurance to prove this is a genuine review. I have gladly provided this information. That tells me everything i need to know about this company.

Great service and best rate available on the day.Beats the post office,marks.tesco((even with clubcard) easily. Plus having branches local it saves having to have money sent by registered post, no longer a reliable service.This is the 3rd time I've used Ramsdens, it wont be the last.
Ps the staff in Paisley were lovely.

Ordered a terrific set of 3.6m pro tripod ladders.arrived very quickly and really well packaged. Great set of gardening gloves included. On unpacking I noticed that two of the rubber feet had small splits.i emailed Henchman and the responded immediately saying they would send out replacement rubbers, I will keep the replacements and hopefully they won't be needed for a long time yet.Henchman didn't quibble or even ask for pics.Top quality product top class service.

Ordered a stihl battery as a backup and some gearbox grease. Best price around and free shipping over £90.Stihl had discontinued the lube so the battery was shipped within one day and the refund was processed quickly for the item not available. Was contacted by Andy from the company who offered an alternative at a great price and also shipped free of charge as they couldn't supply the original order and my battery was on its way.Great service and was excellent communication. The courier company they used was DX,both dx and London power tools can't be faulted.

Read some reviews yesterday and feared the worst. Needn't have worried, I had to pop out for 15mins, guy was early and followed my instructions/request to the letter.would recommend DX wholeheartedly, I've had some really ropey delivery companies at my door over the past few years, also worked with royal mail for 34 years.A thumbs up also to Buxtons,who came through after another Stihl dealer let me down, they got my order delivered in 24hours ,and at a lower price.5 stars all round.

Contacted the company by email regarding ordering and availability of a stihl hedge cutter kit,Amy replied and agreed to price match.i then phoned and a gentleman said stock was due 4th June.i paid for the kit ,battery cover and maintenance spray.Then received an update saying stock due today 9th June. I emailed to see what was happening only to be told they were still awaiting stock.Cancelled the order and requested a refund, thankfully this has been initiated and I will order elsewhere. Very poor experience, check online today and it's still showing "in stock" Stihl hsa 60.Two weeks wasted.Thanks !

Like everyone else I ordered a bottle of rum,marked as out for delivery and didn't arrive. Eventually got through on the phone after getting no response from emails or WhatsApp. My brother in law happens to be an ex marine living in Exmouth, he offered to go pick up in person. Surprisingly James was very nice,problem was the supplier had sent a consignment of 10yr old instead of 7yr old,,two days later a bottle of 10yr old turned up at no extra charge.did I believe the story,no not a chance,but happy to get a result. I can rent my brother in law out for a small fee 😀

A friend called out this company today. He is suffering from early stage dementia so his daughter was at home during the visit. Turns out the tv just needed tuning and some wiring had been done wrong by the gentleman who wasn't sure what he was doing.wiring was put in right place and tv tuned .no other work done.The time was taken up by the tv guy being unable to find the ariel point,(behind the curtain).£78 for this !! A so called diagnostic test and tuning in a telly.oh and no receipt, it will be in the post I suppose. This service was provided by the company, and the job was in townhead Glasgow. Be advised of their outrageous charges.
Now this company are looking for more information, why don't you believe this is a genuine review?
You know fine well it's genuine, how many jobs did you do in townhead yesterday?I have supplied the phone number, the name,and also the address,,couldn't supply a receipt as they didn't provide one,the bill was paid by bank card.Not a bad payment for 5mins work, the rest of the time was spent chatting and searching, both inside and out looking for the elusive ariel point,it's behind the curtain .plus there was no information given as to call out or service charge or estimate given.
Update,happy to bring this to your attention. Hopefully you will ensure this never happens again, totally unacceptable.

After making a booking on the app ,I went on to complete my profile and also enter my passport information.
I then looked over my itinerary, only then did I notice my date of birth was slightly out.!!,Had a very restless night thinking how stupid am I,these things happen when trying to book something using a mobile.Anyway,I called Tui today and was put through to Sam,he sorted it out immediately and very professionally, and to his credit didn't laugh at me,in my defence I have cataracts, and isn't a case of losing my marbles. I saw some reviews criticised the customer service and I was a wee bit nervous, I needn't have worried, 10 out of 10 from me,,thanks Sam. Very much appreciated.

I really dislike only being able to top up in multiples of £20,it surely isn't too much trouble to top up in £5.00 increments.as a pensioner it's very inconvenient and has caused me a great deal of inconvenience. Also sold a service thinking that labels could be printed in the post office, very disappointed that I've wasted my afternoon trying to contact p2g as the post office can't print these labels.
Seems I need to print them,as I have no access to a printer this is not a service I would have bought.i will be sending any items directly from a store in future. Once I get rid of my credit balance of course.very disappointed.

Glasses and sunglasses came in superfast time ,7 days for varifocal lenses. Less than half price I've paid in the past.i always had trouble with high St optician's, never been happy with the service or lenses.
Fantastic job been done and I'm delighted. Right from the 1st wearing it was obvious the prescription was spot on.i thoroughly recommend glasses 2 you and they will have my business from now on

Once again DPD courier(Panashe) couldn't wait 5 seconds for door to be answered. He was back in his van after leaving fresh foods sitting on the doorstep in full view of anyone passing. The same thing happened two weeks ago,I gave them the negative thumbs down, hoping to hear back,but surprisingly nothing, then same thing again today. Terrible service,no thought or care put into the final part of the delivery process.

Update, just accepted a delivery from Yodel,guy knocked door,waited 10 seconds for me to answer, greeted me with a polite good afternoon, photo taken of item being handed over and then said, "have a nice afternoon"Thats how it should be done DPD,(Panashe).Try training your staff to work to a higher standard.

Apart from a divert to lyon for an emergency medical issue, everything was 1st class

Visited boots optician's in Newton Mearns, eyes tested,drops put in eyes,meaning unable to drive safely for 4hours.Couple of weeks later £60 fixed penalty dropped through the door.
Went through the appeal process, sent receipts, appointment detail's and screenshot of the affect the drops have on eyesight, screenshot of the law for driving whilst knowing its unsafe and I would be liable to prosecution. 3weeks later I received a letter saying my appeal was accepted and the penalty was scrapped.Fair result and in future I will pay for an extended stay if need to stay over the free 90mins.(ps,I didn't know eye drops would be used during my eye exam)Thank you Smart parking,
