Same old franchises, with a few that l would feel suspect about.

The claim that the shirts denoted “no-iron” or“easy iron” is incorrect, they take at least half an hour each to iron, and that is with a steam iron and water spraying.

Good service, great telephone no marks or scratches. Would definitely recommend.

Upon entering the premises, l arrived at reception where the woman was working on her computer, after about 3 minutes she decided to lift her head to acknowledge my presence. She then handed me a clip board to complete a form saying “Can you complete this” No please or thank you. I then went into a waiting area where I was asked to remove my belt and place it into a locker, no privacy whatsoever. After my scan, an attendant came in and asked me to place my ear plugs in a bag. It would have been pleasant if she had said “everything ok?” Rather than not saying another word to me. I would suggest that Vista undertakes some serious staff training in show their patients a little courtesy and caring.

We had to wait 15 minutes for an assistant before being able to make our purchase. The item we bought was a washing machine which was £650. When checking the receipt we found the end total to be £725. The assistant gave us no information upon delivery, fitting or taking away our old appliance costs. When the sale was completed she simply walked away, not even saying 'Thank you' We even called after her to ask if the sale was completed, she shouted back 'Yes' Exceptionally bad service. Staff training in politeness and basic courtesy requires immediate attention, as does the need to clarify the end sale cost.

We visited the Knowle Solihull branch. A disappointing evening. Exceptionally poor service slow and unfriendly. I noted that the restaurant dictate a 7.5% gratuity, this is totally unnecessary, and greedy. I did leave a good gratuity, was there any thanks for it? - No. The portions are small and not worth the money charged. I ordered a Pandan cake which tasted heavily of garlic, two other of my guests tried it, and all agreed! this was returned. Nine guests were present, seven remarked that the meal was below average.
Would I visit again - no way! would I recommend? what do you think?

Be extremely careful when selecting your choice of earrings. I ordered diamond studs for my wife’s birthday. When opening the box there was only One Stud. I checked the site and found that the description was for a Single Stud. I do feel rather cheated as l had to then order another stud. It is unusual, to say the least, that earrings are sold as singles, they generally are sold in pairs. Would l order from this company again? No.

Easy to renew, and very cost competitive.My second renewal with them. Would recommend.

I attended the Birmingham Clinic, and found the 'reception area' to be very basic, the furnishings looked old and worn, with an old typists chair in the corner.
My appointment was over an hour late. It appeared that the surgery was being undertaken upon a conveyor type basis. I was taken upstairs to speak with the doctor providing my upper eyelid surgery. The room was piled with cardboard boxes, and the whole situation was most unprofessional. The aftercare, if one could call it that, is via telephone call only with a, what I can only presume, is a non-qualified medical person. After over Three Months, the scarring is extreme, with small balls of skin in the corner of my eye, and pressure upon my eyes from the scarring. I have spoken, by telephone of course, and been told to carry on using a scar cream, this is having little effect, although I am using it twice a day, sometimes three. Would I use Signature Clinic again? Definitely not, I would recommend that you use the services of an approved plastic surgeon, not a doctor.

The email I forwarded, relative to micro-needling, was without reply, and was sent via their own website. There is no excuse for not replying, especially upon their own website. A poor show, and anything but great customer service!

Might be nice if they had the basic courtesy to reply to emails
