They need time to iron!
The claim that the shirts denoted “no-iron” or“easy iron” is incorrect, they take at least half an hour each to iron, and that is with a steam iron and water spraying.

I have looked into your previous orders for more information and can see the shirts previously purchased were not part of our non-iron range.
You can return for a refund under the 6 month return policy, we provide our UK customers with a prepaid label to make a return, if you no longer have this you can create one form the below link:
