I needed a new small chest freezer, and quickly as mine had died. Carters came up with exactly what I wanted, and within 24 hours. On top of that they even helped my wife by putting it in her car.

The delivery driver made it to our address - and I was in. Result.

The driver found our house, which was good, but as we were not there he just left the box on the doorstep, which was not good. It was left sometime on Monday morning, and we found it when we returned home at about 13.30.

Despite having an alternative 'safe' delivery location, the delivery agent left the package on my front doorstep in full sunlight. I don't think the wine has been harmed, but this is rubbish delivery.

You need to get your sizing in line with Levi's sizing. They use leg lengths in inches, not S, R, L & XL
