My bike was stolen in Lincoln and some time later, I found in the local Cash Converters on the high street. The shop was visited multiples times with a variety of evidence to suggest the bike was mine, along with questions of best next steps to take. Here, I expected a proactive manner of engagement, to reflect the situation of a person who had their bike stolen, and seemingly finding it in their possession. I thought they'd be frustrated and concerned that they could have bought the bike from a local thief.
However, I was repeatedly met with hard-headed arseyness and ignorance. Comments such as "if someone comes in and wants to buy it, we can't not sell it to them". Suggestions that I could be anyone trying to get their bike from them (including when I went in on mother's day, with my family, on the way to a meal......like I had nothing better to do) even though I had receipts of payment etc.
Without a doubt, the worst instance I've had of dealing with staff in any capacity. Especially given the circumstances.

My bike was stolen which I bought from Evans 8 years ago. I contacted them for some information on the bike for the police. To my surprise, they had no record of my purchase, as they said they don't keep records for that far back. I can think of one good reason why they wouldn't keep these records.
Dumbfounding. Frustrating. Won't be using them again.

Answer: In the hope that you don't get round to phone call before another payment is taken.

After receiving a £100 parking fine through no fault of my own (the fault lied with YourParkingSpace and their partners as their system failed to recognise my number plate), YourParkingSpace refused to terminate my booking with immediate effect even with the knowledge that I wouldn't be using the parking through fear of receiving another. So in essence, I was charged for another month's parking where no one in their right mind would continue to use the parking until the matter was resolved - thus paying for others mistakes.

On top of this, when investigating this matter further, it came to my attention that I had actually been mis-sold a parking subscription with false advertising! At payment, the booking was displayed as 24 hours, Mon-Sun (which I have photos to prove). But what I found when looking through my booking in detail, was that Tuesdays (the day I got my fine on) and Wednesdays actually ended at 5pm!!! Something worth looking out for if you have or are looking to make a booking.

I'm extremely disappointed in this entire situation and how it was dealt with by a company I had trusted and previously recommended to others.

Easy to use. Free. No frills method of returning items should they not be to your taste.

I couldn't think of a more practical way of returning goods. Makes online shopping much more appealing.

I'm yet to find anything that comes close to what END provides! A particular stand-out for me is the ease of returns with the 'CollectPlus' system they use.
