First time using Spocket's Cycles. I bought a bike. It arrived within a week of ordering. Excellent time considering the size of the parcel. The bike was very well packaged and came ready to use barring putting the seat post on and attaching the handlebars. A checklist was included as a technician had checked the bike's components and verified they were in good working order and condition. The only issue I had was there was a few marks in the paint on the front forks probably caused by rubbing during transit. Unsightly for a new bike but on contacting Sprockets they said I could either return the bike for a full refund or take a £30 discount which was fair enough. I kept the bike and took the discount. And the bike is going to get dirty and marked as soon as its put into use anyway so I did my best to not be prissy over it lol. All in all I can't fault Sprockets. In fact I'm tempted to buy another bike off them because they have good prices and clearly offer the customer a good and fair service.

I’ve placed quite a few orders with Springfields over the past months and I keep coming back to them. This is due to the great customer service I’ve experienced whenever I need help with an item or have a related question. I think a company thrives on good customer support and in my experience Springfields do an excellent job on that. I’m happy to carry on shopping with Springfields until I run out of things I want to buy haha.

What can I say? I've used this website several times and get top notch service. Items are dispatched quickly and arrive in mint condition. I had an issue once with a battery and customer service was both easy and pleasant to deal with and quickly sorted my problem out. Why go anywhere else when you find a great website like this one with great products and great customer service? Five stars from me.

This is a great place to order your kit from with total peace of mind. I've used Fenixtorch quite a few times over the years and their delivery service, packaging and products are always top notch.
