Par excellence! Only way I can describe Motorfinity. AAA+++
I have taken my time to write this review as I want to get it right and make sure that other prospective customers understand how good Motorfinity are. I cannot fault any of the team at Motorfinity at all. The customer service I received throughout was excellent and after sales service was spot on. From my first contact right through to the day I received my new car, I was kept well informed and up to date, paperwork and delivery date was expedited efficiently and I seriously CANNOT complain about any part of the process of purchasing my new car through Motorfinity. I really do have to give special mentions to Faye Warren-Simpson, Linnea Donovan and Lucy Smith. Faye was my initial sales advisor and completed my order expertly and her customer service and contact was par excellence. Then Linnea, who was my delivery team advisor kept me updated and even contacted me to say that my new car was ready a month early. Her customer service and contact was again, par excellence and I did make numerous calls and emails to her regarding making final payment and sorting the delivery date out. In Linnea's absence, Lucy again was excellent with customer service and contact. I took delivery of my new car and immediately rang Linnea, on her return, to tell her the good news and all was fine. Motorfinity as a group are an excellent company to make an order and purchase a new car from and I have no complaints at all. Faye, Linnea and Lucy are an absolute credit to the company and should get some recognition for the service they provided me with. I cannot fault any of them and they deserve a special mention and thank you.
