I needed advice on choosing the correct tyres to suit me and my e gravel bike.
The gentleman I was put through to was unbelievably helpful. He really couldn't have put himself out more. He gave me several options explaining the advantages for each one. For years I have bought cycle gear from Tredz as they sell great quality products at great prices. I think this is the first time I have ever phoned needing advice and how lovely to find such a helpful person happy to explain things in detail to me.

I bought a refurbished phone from Magpie recently as it had so many good reviews.
There was a great choice on their website describing each phones condition, the price varied accordingly.
It was a very quick, easy process to buy from them and speedy delivery.
The phone I purchased was described as 'pristine' and it certainly was, it looked like brand new. When it arrived, I was able to see that it was only a year old and I had paid half of the original price which I was very pleased with. I would not hesitate from buying a refurbished item from them again, I'm very happy with my purchase.

A bad experience for me. It took me 6 hours in total to to book a venue with my voucher. I wasted most of my day. Once I'd given voucher details the 'said' email confirmation didn't arrive which meant I couldn't book the venue. From there it went from bad to worse, waiting and waiting for the chat line to be answered.
Never again. The friend who gave me the gift would be so upset if she knew, she'd have been better off giving me the money!

The item I purchased was a very good price. I can't comment on how good it is as I haven't used it yet.
But I thought the service in the Ringwood Branch was excellent. The young chap who served me not long before closing time was extremely helpful, pleasant and friendly.

As others have said, car insurance has rocketed and my broker, who has had all of my insurances for 15 years plus, could not match the AA, like for like, so I have gone with the AA. You never know how good an insurance company is until you have a claim, there's always something in the 'small print' that you hadn't noticed. Hopefully I won't have a claim but it is after a claims experience that you can then give an honest review of the company. There was a slight hiccup when I was buying the insurance online yesterday and I then needed to call the AA. Admittedly I was buying insurance which may have been in my favour but the customer services lady I spoke to was extremely pleasant and helpful I can only hold for the same service if I needed to claim.

With A Plan the phone is answered straight away and you are usually put through within a minute to the correct person, (unusual in this day and age not to be kept waiting for ages whilst listening to music and being told that your call is very important!)
In the 20+ years I have been with them I have found all of the staff to be polite, knowledgeable and very helpful. A Plan are also very competitive and will do their best to compete with another quote, like for like.
But to me, the most important of all is, you never know how good a company is until you have a claim. The one time I have had dealings with them regarding a claim, the service was absolutely spot on.
I have 4 policies with them, I shop around each year and they will go out of their way to beat or equal any quotes I have received.
I have complete peace of mind having everything possible insured with them as I know if there is ever a problem I will receive instant, first class service.

Well like everyone else ... I always had first class service from FD. You knew that when you called they would answer within a few rings.. unlike most other companies who could easily keep you hanging on for half an hour.
The knowledge that your call would be answered immediately and you would be dealt with by a pleasant, knowledgeable member of staff was very special.
I have banked with them for 21 years ..
I don’t phone often but the last 2 occasions I have been kept waiting, though the customer service people are still very helpful
Sadly unless this ‘waiting’ issue is resolved over the next couple of months then FD no longer stand out for me as offering exceptional service.
I realise these have been testing times but with the amount of complaints you are getting about waiting times then you really need to put this as a priority or you will be losing a lot of customers including me. I have always highly recommended you to my friends .. that won’t be the case at the moment.

I needed advice urgently concerning a tap lock that had seized, I called and spoke to Gurdeep. He was extremely helpful and gave me a possible solution which I tried and it worked. I then called back to thank him and spoke to Charlotte who was also very friendly and appreciative that I was calling.
Good customer services are so important and I can only say that from my own experience, this company have got it spot on...well done and thank you 👏👏👏👏.

I have been using Moonpig for cards for several years.
The quality is very good and until recently due to COVID you could usually rely on next day delivery.
I find they have a brilliant customer service.
If there is a problem (usually mine), they are very easy to get hold of on the phone. You can speak to someone pleasant, easy to understand and helpful ... such a bonus!!!
When you explain the problem they will deal with it in a very reasonable manner. Several times I have either had free replacement cards or a credit for something not quite right. This has usually been my fault but the way they deal with it has me returning time and time again so more than makes up for any loss on their part.
Well done Moonpig, I only wish other companies had your excellent staff and customer service 👍👍.

I have always had great service and the courier delivering is always the same one. I realise this is very important from a customers point of view. He is extremely pleasant and helpful. I have peace of mind knowing that if I have a parcel due and I’m out, it will always be left in a safe place with a card which avoids having to wait for it to be redelivered.

The service from Mantel was first class. Received 2 days after I ordered it.
The price was amazing, I’d shopped around and it was the best online price for the size jacket I wanted.
The jacket had been highly recommended from a very keen cycling friend and I am looking forward to trying it out, but haven’t had the chance to do so yet.

I am a landlady and called this company out to do a small routine job.
I didn’t actually meet anyone as the tenants were there but from start to finish, everyone I dealt with was polite, friendly and efficient, I was kept In touch all of the time. As it happened, I thought something needed replacing because it was out of date, but it wasn’t. Another company may have replaced it and I wouldn’t have know any different but this company took photos to send me showing the expiry date and just charged me a minimal call out fee.
I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I had a problem with some out of date gift vouchers which was entirely my fault. In sorting this out and subsequently ordering something I then had to return it for a larger size.
Throughout all if this I dealt with a few different people at Chain Reaction. Each and everyone of them was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in solving whatever problem I was phoning up about, their customer service was some of the best I have experienced. To have each person I dealt with offering such a high standard of help and advice was an absolute pleasure. The prices are also extremely competitive and I was able to return my item free of charge. The other thing which I was extremely grateful for is that it was a mobile friendly geographical number that I could call. I personally only have a mobile phone at present so will not deal with a company with an 08 number. Well done Chain Reaction I would definitely use you again and recommend you.
