I recently purchased a genuine Bosch battery for my electric bike from Winstanley Bikes and I couldn’t be happier! I really adore Roman’s clothes – the designs are so elegant and unique, and the quality is lovely. The only tricky part for me is the sizing, which can be a bit hit and miss, so I sometimes have to return items. That said, returns are easy enough, and I still enjoy browsing because there are always pieces I can’t resist. Definitely worth it if you love stylish, well-made clothes!

We purchased a megabag from Homebase which was a simple process from start to finish we liked that you didn't need to wait for it be delivered and that you can purchase the bags immediately from local stores.

The bags arent as rigid as a metal skip but they do hold a fair amount of waste.Highly recommended for small clearouts

Making a collection was also simple and we were kept well informed by email.

This was my first time of using EFlorist.
I purchased a medium size sunlight bouquet for a work colleague. The flowers arrived in bud form so didnt look very impressive in the box but after a couple of day flourish into a beautiful array of flowers.

Offered two in very good conditioned sofas to the Cheltenham branch which were refused because when the drivers took photos to send to the manager of the shop he said they were faded.

I ordered a new phone which arrived faulty on Friday 16th October 2015. After much negotiation and a sincere promise I was advised by Virgin mobile that my replacement phone would be delivered to me within 24 hours and I would receive my phone on the Saturday, this did not happen!
Due to work commitments I could not take time off to sit at home again so once again was promised that my delivery would be made to my workplace on the Monday. I actually received a copy of texted communication from Virgin to YODEL asking them as an urgent request to deliver to a change of address on the Monday.
Yodel failed to pick up the communication sent by Virgin Mobile and proceeded to deliver to my home address, yet again delaying my urgent phone delivery. I contacted YODEL via their online chat as soon as I realised they had tried to deliver to my home and not work place. I asked for them to contact driver and ask to come to workplace a couple of miles from where I live but apparently in 21st century they could not fulfill this request.
I am not impressed by the delivery of YODEL and feel their customer service is non-existence as they ignored an urgent request of delivery change. As usual it is me the receiving customer who loses out by the constant hassle and stress of having to sort and try and resolve unnecessary problems which could be avoided if companies of this nature would be more considerate
