My heart sinks when i know that i have to deal with these jokers through a purchase. Inept , incompetent and the delivery guys don't give a shit. I have never had a good experience with them. Box was left outside. No ring on the doorbell. Did not leave in porch or deliver to a requested neighbor. Just left in the elements. Always the same with them time after time.
Order place 18/9/25 express delivery (2 days) Due to the wait by 24/9/25 order cancelled and asked for a refund, 27/9/25 informed order is on it's way the tracking number that they supplied me does NOT exist (checked with royal mail) 3/10/25 I was informed that the order had been dispatched BEFORE i cancelled. This is clearly a lie and not the first time that i have been lied to by the customer services. I will be foregoing my years worth of vouchers to simply not bother with this company again. Last time i returned an item it took 6 weeks for a refund.

The box had to a knock on arrival. On inspecting the contents ( a plant) the plant pot had been broken so badly that soil had leaked out of it (it is not easy to damage a plastic plant pot with soil in it to that extent. I have photos to support this.

We’re sorry that you have had a poor experience with us. We are seeing a higher than normal number of parcels in to our network and we are sorry that we have not been able to deliver the high standards that we normally do.
My last three purchases from bents which were mail order and in the last 6 weeks were not good enough. I have shipped at Bents for the last 4 years and hold a customer card with them. However my last purchases have consisted of one with very obvious leaf spot ( confirmed by RHS) , which was refunded. The other two purchases the roots in the pots were packed solid and had started to go brown and i have struggled with them since they were planted. I my opinion Bents are selling items they normally wouldn't but due to the amount of unsold stock, due to the lockdown, they are being put out to customers.

Used this site as it proved difficult to find the product i wanted on other similar sites. The delivery took slightly longer to arrive from previous experiences but the main difference for me was that the order did not come with free samples which has been par for the course with other sites that i have used.
Mats were great quality but was not pleased with the embroidery band.It was not straight with the outer edge of the mats and the embroidery was essentially the reason that i bought them.
