Disappointing......UPDATE

Following my review The White Company have been in touch resolved this problem. I bought a two wick candle , "Primrose Hill". It was very disappointing as there was no discernible scent at all and the candle burned far more quickly than expected, nowhere near the stated 41 hours. I left a factual cool review on their website . It has not been published. They make you wait for an email inviting you to leave a review, I did not know this so I contacted customer services on live chat; they were barely interested; just a virtual shrug of the shoulders.

Difficult to put on

The colours are vibrant and the designs are lovely. These were a Christmas gift for my husband purchased over a month ago. Unfortunately, although the shoe size is correct and fits well, the area where the foot meets the patterned leg part of the sock is very tight and inflexible meaning that they are very difficult to put on. It just doesn't stretch enough to go around the ankle. So now I cannot return these for refund as
1. I am outside the 30 day return window and
2. They have been tried on. Very disappointing experience.

Thank you for taking the time to explain this so clearly. I understand how disappointing this must be, especially as the socks were a Christmas gift and the design and sizing otherwise seemed right. If the area around the ankle feels too tight and makes the socks difficult to put on, that’s understandably frustrating and not the experience you were hoping for.

Easy to deal with

I have been a customer of KRBS for many years and currently have several different products with them. Their website is not state of the art technically but I can do everything I need to do online. I have rarely needed to telephone them, but when I have done so, the agents with whom I have spoken have been friendly and helpful. Their rates on the products that I am interested in are consistently good and I receive written details of my options in good time when fixed term products are due for renewal. I have not experienced any problems or delays with KRBS as I have with other institutions. They may not have the profile or TV presence of other banks but they seem solid and efficient to me.

First class workmanship and service

Jon has made me several bespoke Oak items: A fireplace surround, a coffee table and a bookcase. Each of them was exactly as I had requested and delivered on time. I would heartily recommend this company to anyone.
