Because we deal in second-hand goods, as a standard process, each product brought to us for sale is thoroughly tested on set parameters to ensure it is in a fully working & saleable condition in line with our grading and testing guidlines as we sell these further with a 5 year warranty. Considering the nature of electronics, faults may occur even after they are bought-in and we can never negate the factor of human error.

Please rest assured, that feedback has been shared with the store's management for corrective measures so such instances can be avoided going forward.
