Fleksi hihna kesti 3 päivää ja kiristyslaite veti koko hihnan koteloon. Takuu koskee ainoastaan kelaa, eikä hihnaa, puremista jne, se on ymmärrettävää. Nyt on kuitenkin kelakin epäkunnossa, kireys lähtenyt. M ja M ei suostunut antamaan pientäkään korvausta, "takuuasiat hoitaa Fleksi itse" Ennen ollaan hyvällä tahdolla tuettu M ja M:ää ylihintoineen mutta se loppuu tähän. Surkeaa toimintaa 125 miljoonan euron liikevaihdon firmalta.

Very unreliable seller. I got the order confirmation but nothing happened after that. I tried to contact them by e-mail several times without success. After about three weeks, I brought the issue to Paypal and managed to get a refund that way.

I made a reservation for a hotel room in NYC in January. I even called the hotel before the trip in order to confirm that the booking was OK. And it was... then...However, when we arrived yesterday, the hotel staff told us that the reservation had been cancelled some days ago. I tired to call Vivastay Customer service but no answer, tried to e-mail them but no reply.. Now we will most likely pay for the entire stay once more.. It so frustrating and it feels like we have been robbed!
Whatever you do, don't trust this company!
