I have purchased from Footpatrol over the years. Orders are usually completed easily and the items received quite quickly. However, on occasion my orders have been cancelled due to unavailability of stock.
The thing which has brought the score of this review down is the raffle process. I recently won a raffle for a pair of Yeezy Alvahs. Which was also my first raffle win with Footpatrol. On receiving the raffle win email I followed instructions and made payment before the 3pm deadline on April 9th.
I decided to contact Footpatrol on 18th April and after a few days of exchanging messages containing payment confirmation, raffle email win details etc. I have just been informed there was no record of the order and a refund will be processed.
I find it unbelievable that a payment request can be made for £174.99, yet no record of the order can be found relating to this payment.
I very much doubt I will bother with any future Footpatrol raffles after this experience.

I ordered some high value audio headsets from GameStop. These were shipped over from Ireland, then were handed over to UKMail for delivery.
The scheduled delivery did not happen in the 12:15 - 13:15 timeframe and no card was posted through the door. Then it was only at 4pm when I decided to check the online tracker that I found out something had gone really wrong. My parcel was marked as delivered and signed for by myself. I'm not sure what sort of people they employ, and pretty certain most of their staff are honest. However, from this experience I will be avoiding UKMail wherever possible. This will probably include vendors who use them for delivery.
