Customer service response is good, but unfortunately the quality of the Samsung s25 ultra Mous limitless case is not so great. The magnets are pretty weak and caused phone to fall off the car mount after a pothole. Not great. the Airoshock lining which was extensive in the early models has been cut back so much that i was worried how much protection the case actually provided. if you don't have complete trust in your phone case, the game's a bogie. Mous seems to have too many fingers in too many pies and taken their eye off the ball. i don't see it as a premium product anymore and don't intended to trust my forthcoming s26 ultra in a mous limitless. Too many corners cut whilst increasing prices. Enough

whilst there is an option to cancel am online purchase, it is not very obvious on the website. Having said that i took the puchased phone back to a local cex and was refunded the next day.

The banking side of first direct is great, definitely 5 stars. But trying to get signed up for the perks has been a nightmare and a waste of my time. For some reason the marketing company tasked with providing the perks can't recognise my registered email, and seemingly can't be bothered to find a fix. I spent (wasted) over an hour on the phone being passed between FD and the perks provider. Final call to FD ended with an assurance that someone senior in the team would look into this, confirmed my telephone number and would call me back. Nothing so far, two days later. Worst thing is, I don't even know what the 'little wins' are, and why i am wasting my time. Just to be sure, I tried again to register before I post this review, and again advised that my email is not the one associated with my FD account. It is!!!!!!!!

i found the books i wanted at a reasonable price. Unfortunately the hardback book was damaged at one corner, probably during transit, as it was shipped in a flimsy plastic envelope. it's not the end of the world, but the whole experience should be a 5 star if sturdy cardboard was used instead
