Have been waiting 14 days tomorrow for a refund Have just been told will need to mow wait another 3-5 business days How come most other & smaller businesses can refund within 7 days Not acceptable at all Think carefully before ordering

So upset with Lazy spa had to have 2 replacements as starts to deflate despite us doing all the checks for where it is deflated & looking after spa diligently Warranty should’ve started agin when liner was replaced 1 week out of warranty & has started to deflate again customer service not interested There is an obvious fault with theses spas NOT WORTH MONEY
Am now on replacement which was sent after constant complaining & being told different things by customer services I use mine daily rain or shine Just emptied to clean & discovered 2 holes in liner only had this one less than 3 months
DON'T BOTHER BUYING Only had spa 6 months liner kept deflating Followed all instructions from Lazy Spa & cut out batch number & filmed it to proof faulty . Now being lied to every week as being told replacement out of stock or coming in next day but then they don't. Meanwhile unable to use my Spa which is used for medical purpose.

sending a text 2 days before delivery date to say delivery cancelled and re booked for 2 weeks time. No explanation We choose delivery date pacifically as we had builders here. After sorting on phone 1 item randomly turned up 2 days early!!

Especially wanted delivery for a Saturday to my mothers address didn't mind paying extra delivery charge as item could not be collected from store as wouldn't fit in either mine or husbands car. Saturday was perfect as I would be there and item was for my mums mothers day present. if it wasn't for me ringing homebase to try & get an estimated time as it was getting late would not have known that my delivery had been left of lorry & wasn't coming?!! Had I not chased this up would anyone have let us know? Appalling delivery service yes have had delivery charge refunded quite rightly so as you failed to keep up your service. wouldn't use you again for any type of delivery and would not recommend you.
