I ordered samples from this company paid for them only to find out they don’t sell them. Couldn’t contact them so got refund via PayPal.

Ordered item from John Lewis click and collect, email received stating collection next day but will receive a confirmation. Received nothing until late in day stating item lost or damaged and given customer service number. I had trouble understanding the persons accent and was confused when she wanted my phone number to ring me if the call got cut off( a bit bizarre) I declined and then had a long wait why she looked up the order,she actually said sorry our computers are very slow. She then reordered the lost/damaged item. I’m now expecting another email tomorrow repeating the same lost/damaged story as this is the exact same scenario I had a year ago when they lost the last item I’d ordered from them.
A joke of a company with awful customer service and I won’t be ordering from them again.

Easy to find and to park, drop off to terminal was very quick and easy, the pick up for return was a longer wait but was early in morning, following signs out of car park in the dark was not that easy as signage was not great.

Answered my question on website promptly and suggested the correct product, it was a great price even cheaper than the original manufacturer and absolutely perfect. Received with 48 hours of ordering, would definitely use again.

Went to Curry’s to purchase a TV due to the small size we wanted there was not much choice but with the help of a young assistant we purchased a JVC model.
They did not have the model on display so just trusted that JVC would be OK.
When we returned home it soon became apparent that the sound was awful but we persevered overnight and the following day tried various sound settings as per the manual, no matter what setting the TV sounded the same. The following we had had enough and phoned customer service to ask what we needed to do as they had a 31 day return option according to the receipt.
They advised us we must call the manufacturer and get them to advise and repair the TV. We argued that the TV was not broken it was just poor quality and that our contract is with Curry’s not JVC. We got transferred to another dept who after about 1 hour on the phone we were told to return to store, we were given her name and a return reference to quote, all sounded good until we got to store and a very rude member of staff said we don’t do refunds unless it’s broken. I explained it was being returned as agreed with them and we want a refund eventually another member of staff came and sorted the problem after taking the TV out of the box and plugging in to check it was working and listening to the sound.
This was the Hanworth branch in Middlesex not the first time I’ve had rude staff in this store but it will be the last time I purchase anything from Curry’s.

Having had a bad experience with a supplier not giving me any information, I contacted Yodel help line and they gave me the correct details and a tracking number. It was then very simple with online tracking and a friendly driver. Cannot fault service.

Ordered and was told packed on13/2 it then was marked out for delivery which took another 3 days and two days after that still no courier tracking ref. It’s now Saturday so don’t expect anything this week. Requested info from them no reply.
My first and last order from this company.

Very easy to order lots of online advice regarding fixing problem great value for money.
I contacted supplier of Oven and despite parts being under guarantee this only applied if they come out and fix it cost of call out £150.
Went online found part approx £20 plus video on how to fix( very easy) fixed myself in ten minutes saved £120. Would use again without doubt.

Very good quality product and fast delivery . Great value as well.

Very simple to order, great product really good price delivery fast.

Good covid rules in place, nice clean restaurant, staff very polite, that’s were it ends, probably the most tasteless pasta I’ve ever eaten. Starters OK nothing to write home about but the pasta had a bland watery sauce that was tasteless.

Excellent product, good quality very fast delivery and exceptional value for money.
Would definitely purchase from them again.

Received furniture that we ordered on Monday , I’ve already commented on the fabulous Instore service but must say the delivery service and the actual product is first class, I was very impressed with the packaging and the driver even took away the wooden pallet so I did not have to get rid of it, would recommend.
