Wrong prescription on glasses.hense long delay in receiving new glasses required repeat tests and 3 journeys of 40 miles each.hHowever staff were very apologetic and helpful.

Ok last year staying for another 18 month s .althought new deal was a little more expensive.not worth changing hassle for a few pounds.
