Excellent service, took the trouble to call me straight away when one of the items was out of stock. The other item was delivered the next day as promised.

After acknowledging my order for medication and indicating that you had sent the prescription for approval by my doctor, I received no further update. After 10 days I checked with my doctor to find that they had not received any communication from yourselves. The only action available to me was to cancel the order and re-order the medication. It is vital that your system should include a facility to make contact with yourseles and resolve any queries.

I have used Holiday Autos for many years for car hire in many countries which is testament to the excellent and complete service I have always received. Only once have I ever had a bad experience and that was when using Goldcar. Entirely Goldcar’s fault, a company I will never use again. Thankfully I know that I can rely on Holiday Autos for excellent and friendly service.

What a shambles, From the outset cards had to be re-issued after weeks of delay. I posed a question regarding using the card on more than one car. After 10 days of chasing I was asked to re-submit my question and have still not received a response now nearly 3 weeks after my initial email. Getting any response on the telephone is a joke.
To cap it all, like other responders, I have received some 30 text messages this morning informing me of this weeks prices and cannot stop them. Of course their office is unmanned so cannot speak to anyone. I can purchase fuel cheaper elsewhere so am cancelling my agreement as now I don't trust the security of their systems.

Booking was easy and villa was up to usual high standard which is why this is our 5th holiday with Villa Plus. We particularly appreciate the excellent friendly Villa Plus staff. Having had cash and a mobile phone stolen while in Pollensa this year the local staff went out of their way to help and guide us. Thanks and top marks to the team.

Excellent value compared with other car hire companies for similar cars. Unlike many car hire companies the staff were excellent and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend this company and will certainly use them again myself.

Having ordered a number of different boards on line, I received a phone call within a couple of hours to confirm that they would be able to provide a limited number of one of the specialist board types normally only sold in packs. They confirmed a suitable delivery date there and then. The complete order was delivered and unloaded by the driver at 7:30am on the agreed date, before I was even aware of his arrival. Really excellent hassle free service at a good price.
