Glasses direct was recommended to me and I wasn’t disappointed. The frames to try arrived next day and were really good quality and the online ordering was straightforward. The glasses arrived within the week and fit great. Would definitely recommend.

I have been followingNancy Bertwistle and using her recipe for washing detergent as it all natural products, safe for the environment but I didn’t like the smell.
I researched environmentally friendly products and read about Miniml.
I love these products, my washing is clean and the smell is subtle, you use anything from 20mls for freshen up to 60mls for stained so it works out cheaper than supermarket brands. There is a choice of fragrances in the washing liquids. It would be helpful it you could offer small samples of the different fragrances so you can choose the one you like, I went with the linen to try first and like it but will try a different one next time.

My experience from purchasing my new washing machine, getting it delivered and fitted could not have been any smoother.

Found the personalising a bit tricky and checking out it was difficult to bypass the add a gift section.
The cards are lovely when they arrive and with the cost of stamps feel they are not badly priced

Getting through on the phone was easy and getting a 5 hour slot, the engineer that called was polite, respectful of my property and professional, but the fact I was without water for 17 hours wasn’t so great.

Due to unforeseen circumstances I had to cancel my order. Apparently they only give 7 days cooling off period not 14 and as it was the 8th day I cancelled, this meant they could keep 15% of my deposit £1500, it was not made clear to me that it was 7 days and just say it was in the contract.
I’m vert disappointed in Anglian Home Improvements as no work was carried out and I was advised that until the surveyor had been I would get a full refund of deposit.

Had new gas boiler fitted by British Gas, very polite engineer’s, very neat job, well explained.

I was disappointed that the mats are so thin, I should have gone for the next price bracket. all the other car mats I’ve had have been thicker rubber with a definite edge because there is no edge to these there is nothing to keep water from running onto the carpet. Yes a bit disappointed
