Second time I’ve purchased a bike from Winstanley’s and it won’t be the last. Excellent customer service and support when a fault was found on the frame. A replacement bike was delivered and the original collected with minimum fuss. Very happy with the bike, the competitive price, and overall exceptional service.

I’ve been playing for only a few weeks and these guys really stand out from the rest. They offer some of the lowest odds out there, regularly offer difficult/impossible to acquire timepieces, and most of all they add a personal touch that I’ve never experienced from any other competition company.

I sent some initial questions via email about how the instant wins work. Not only did I get a response within the hour, Ted also took time out of his evening to give me a call to make sure I’d received the information and to check if I had any other questions. I have since been lucky enough to win 3 instant wins near to the end of 2 competitions, and on both occasions Ted dropped me a text as a reminder to use them before they expire. Wow!! Genuine customer care like this is so rare these days - keep up the good work!!

I run my own company and can appreciate the hard work these guys will have put in over the years to earn the great reputation they’ve built. In particular, I appreciate the extra mile they go to build trust and ensure transparency with their customers: running the draw over a live stream with realtime customer interaction, showing the names and ticket numbers before the draw, using a third party company for the random ticket draw, and announcing the winner live with an option to check tickets afterwards. Working in the tech industry I’m naturally cautious of how these competition websites run, so all of this is crucial for me to understand before I purchase any tickets. I don’t think there’s any other competition sites out there that go to these lengths.

They’ve won my business for the foreseeable; I’ll be buying as many tickets that I can afford to lose in the hope of one day being a lucky winner. I’m a big watch fan and, like many others, hugely frustrated with not being able to acquire the pieces I want from an AD. Despite the fact I may never win, the odds with Urban Draw seem a whole lot better than being on a ‘waitlist’, and at the very least I get to enjoy some excitement twice a week watching the live draw!!

Purchased a tie-down hook to safely transport a new bike, and very pleased with its quality. Also fantastic customer service confirming dispatch and delivery in time for the planned bike’s collection day. Many thanks to Rob and the team at R&G!

I ordered two helmets in different sizes and discovered a fault on my preferred size. Spoke to Michael over the phone and he couldn't have been more helpful - a real pleasure to deal with. I sent both helmets back via DPD and received a perfect replacement, along with a refund on the other that didn't fit, all within a couple of days. The price was awesome too! Highly recommended!!

Great experience from start to finish, and a price that put our usual garage to shame. The fitter was prompt, polite and very professional. He made a particular effort to protect the rims when fitting, and cleaned the tyres once fitted to allow inspection - and they were perfect. Our tyres will always be fitted ‘on the drive’ from now on!!

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Needed prescription glasses in a hurry as my contact lenses were causing sore eyes whilst away on business. Ordered some Tom Ford frames on the weekend and received them at my hotel on Tuesday. Beautifully wrapped and the glasses look great with the free thinner lenses. Used both online chat and telephone customer support to confirm a quick delivery was needed, and they were prompt and super helpful. Cost was less than half that of high street opticians, and got them faster too! Isn't it refreshing when everything just works well, with no hassle?!! Would highly recommend!!

Purchased a Rolex Datejust for my wife for Christmas and Iconic couldn't have been more helpful. Excellent communication and next day delivery provided. Great savings off list price and watch received in perfect condition with all papers, warranty card, box etc. Paid by credit card initially then paid by debit card once received to avoid surcharges. A pleasure to deal with and wouldn't hesitate to buy my next watch from them.

I have not leased a vehicle before and found the whole process effortless.
