Very quick delivery and the mattress seems excellent wuality and good value

The package was just thrown over the fence into the shrubbery and was soaking wet when we found it. This is unacceptable in any circumstance but totally inappropriate given we have a secure lockbox right where the courier must have been standing to throw the carton over the fence.
