Item half price to most shops, kept up to date with progress of order plus delivery time sent through 10.30 morning of delivery. Delivered within that time. Very pleased with whole experience and considering using for prescriptions.

The only reason for 1 star deducted was the Movebutler checks, paid the £10 each but it didn't complete so had to do through office so wasted money. Would definitely recommend Smith & Friends.

I am a returning customer after changing to another company which had phone included in broadband package. After an awful 18 months now back with Asda. Only negative was on the description it stated "free delivery to most of UK" however when got to delivery options in basket was £34 & £24 charges depending on which day, only free option I saw was collection. Would use again.

This is the third set of blinds purchased as quality is consistent and good price. One of very few companies where you have the choice of colour frame on perfect fit blinds. Only negative is the short notice on delivery, same day this time, luckily we were in.

Although seen wallpaper in store they did not have enough in stock so ordered online. Very easy to order and chose next day delivery at £8. Very pleased as well packaged, batch numbers on wallpaper matched and delivered as expected.

Such a boon being able to order free samples. Quick delivery and a nice size,
approx 10cm x 2cm, so a good indication of how will look. We had a colour in mind but ordered a few contrasting ones and ended up ordering one totally different.
