Ordered last night at 8pm and my new gear arrived at 4pm this afternoon, brilliant service and my new boots and gloves are just perfect, love them. Thank you will definitely purchase with you guys again

I never ever do this BUT my recent experience of buying 500 Litres of oil from this company really really have been appalling. Ordered and paid for my oil on the 5th Dec with an expected delivery date of the 11th Dec. That date was cancelled and re-arranged for the 18th of Dec. That date was cancelled and rearranged for today the 19th Dec. Got an email at 7am this morning informing me that todays delivery was cancelled because the driver couldn't find my address. Quite unbelievable! Asked for a call back but never got one. A really poor company with very very poor customer care, if I could rate them a ZERO I would. Avoid at all costs

Very pleased with everything so far. Just hope that if I have to make a claim everything remains as straight forward

Just love it, the album was just perfect, very quick very efficient but just a wee bit expensive
