Not impressed at all
Today I received a letter from LSH saying I had not paid my annual service charge and if I did not pay right away and another reminder was needed I would be charged a further £150.00 administration charge. To say the least I am not impressed as I paid the service charge mid December 2025.
I called and was asked to provide evidence of the payment which I duly provided.
Kirsty Hamer from the credit control department has dealt efficiently and quickly with this issue and confirmed that LSH in fact did receive my payment in December and my account does have a zero balance.
No explanation or apology given?
