Disappointed that your long term regular customers haven’t been informed that you’ve ended your Skoda franchise.

I have not responded to Mon Motors request for additional information, however will provide more context here:
As a regular customer for many years, purchasing several vehicles from them and associated things such as service plans.
I have always received emails and texts re service reminders, offers and sales of e.g.service plans.
When calling to book my actual service was informed about them no longer having the Skoda franchise and to call Sinclairs, another company now offering it.
So again, my 1 star review relates to not receiving any information from Mon Motors re the changes despite them being able to previously for their benefit.
For not offering my details directly following this review I have been made aware that it may result in this review being removed.
I thought anonymity was a reviewers choice here?
