bike for my son’s birthday went missing
My order of bike for my son’s birthday which was ordered in ample time went missing in transit and the tracking number disappeared aswell. Raised this with customer service they arranged for a new bike to be sent out.
Unfortunately my son is not going to have the bike he was looking forward too on his birthday now.
I appreciate this is more a courier issue rather than Evans themselves but still it’s all part of the overall online order purchase I’m paying for.
I have to say I’m Disappointed.
