I'm writing this to narrate my experience at Jeans Center Leiden. I met the excellent store manager at Jeans Center Leiden whose name is Nele, such a very professional human, with a sweet treatment of her customers! I walked into the store for the first time, she so patiently and kindly welcomed me in and being a first time customer she spoke so brilliantly about Jeans Culture and the brand, Garcia, from their inception and their branches. Nele should be the standard for every store manager! So much Positive energy from this woman that would make you want to shop again and again at her store. She is Friendly, kind with a pure spirit and love for her job and customers. When she had to attend to other customers, she asked a colleague of hers to offer me coffee and a seat because I also had a low battery and needed my phone, Nele literally offered to take my phone to charge it for a bit! I haven't met any store manager that sweet in the Netherlands! In the end, it made me attribute Jeans Center as a classy and wonderful company for hiring such well cultured staff!
