Poor customer service

Unfortunately my experience with Cookinglife is nothing but disappointing. Please be aware that their customer service is shockingly poor.

One of the products in the ordered set arrived chipped. Straight away the photographs were logged on a website, a complaint made via customer service but two weeks later I am still waiting to hear about the replacement or refund.

When I have questioned the quality of another product in the set, someone got back to me initially requesting detailed description of the problem. However 2 weeks have passed since and no communication made from the company. I emailed customer service yet again requesting update and received back an email in German written in reply to my English email. Unfortunately, google translate does not do it justice.

Extremely disappointed with overall experience.
