Bree was very helpful. She quickly replied to my query about how to change the details and then after I was saying I had done it, she then pointed out that I had been scammed by a company pretending to be a chip company and to contact me bank. This proved correct and I did contact my bank and the breeder where the pup was bought from. It transpires another person had been scammed on the same website so Bree helped both of us.
