I had an issue with my Ooni Koda 2 Pro where a ventilation panel came loose. From the moment I reached out, the support team handled everything exceptionally well. Communication was fast, friendly, and clear, and they didn’t make the warranty process difficult at all. They arranged a replacement right away, I could easily drop off the oven at UPS, and the new unit arrived quickly. Truly outstanding service.

Apart from that, the Ooni Koda 2 Pro is simply a great oven. Turn on the gas, let it preheat properly, and you can make a delicious pizza in about 60 seconds. The results are consistently excellent, it really gives that authentic stone-baked feel.

One tip from my own experience: avoid leaving it outside permanently. Even with the outdoor cover, it’s still somewhat sensitive to corrosion, especially if you live near the coast.
