Awful customer service, very unprofessional staff, unrealistic bills ! Avoid OVO like the plague. They don't listen and keep chasing me for bills even after complaining several times. Fed up now and I am not even going to entertain them anymore
Now been contacted after this review which is more positive 🤞 this time

This hasn't been good to read. I'm sorry this hasn't been resolved yet.

I've checked your account and can see that we sent you an email yesterday confirming that our Billing team have looked at your bills and identified there were some gaps in charges which explains the discrepancy in the original bills you received.
I'm really sorry for any confusion caused and because of the shortfall in our service have raised a Complaint on your behalf.
