Bikeparts have upped their game recently by using Amazon as a delivery partner. When I cannot find what I need (trade) I order on Bikeparts.co.uk because they have a large inventory and I know I can count on them when I need a part for a customer's bike at a good price.
Our customer/supplier relationship goes all the way back to 2007, when I built my first mountain bike and they were only known as "the Woolly Hat Shop" - selling bike parts on eBay. They are now a recommended supplier to iLovesMyBike.
