Will get loads of e-mail offering to spend more money on basics, for nothing basically, so important information about the booking may get lost in the mass of it. Online check-in was confusing as in nothing stated that the check-in was not complete after choosing and paying for seats and a second carry-on bag (and that, with 1,5 decades experience of online bookings/ check-ins/ the like!!) so had to pay £110 extra at airport. Customer service was below par both in chat and at check-in desk. The absolute first and last time flying Ryanair.
