The lady to whom I talked this morning 12/96/23 to re my in house display was very helpful patient and courteous.She informed that there probably would be a delay before the display started working but also advised me what do if there was still an issue later that day.
Her name is Gloria and she was great.
Later that I checked the device and found that it was still not functioning.I therefore contacted OVO and was put on touch with a gentleman called Miracle who was the technical expert.
After taking a lot of trouble and being very thorough he managed to get it functioning.
True to his name in my opinion he had performed a miracle.
So my profound heartfelt gratitude to him.
