The boots were lovely, just too big.
I don't rate the service though. There is no confirmation of your order email. So I paid £156 and didn't hear a single word about the order, or potential delivery date. I found it disconcerting. I checked by phone after a week, only to be told my boots were not in stock at the time of the order!! I was then told I would be advised when the boots would be despatched. No notification received and the boots arrived 2 weeks later! Customer communication is important to me.
