I like doing business with St John's Street Cycles. They are reliable and reasonable. If I was to offer any suggestions on ways to improve I think the online experience the SJS Cycles website doesn't allow the Customer the control that it should. Because Customers change their minds, Customers want to add things to orders they have already placed. The online system does not support the customer in their indecision. I recommend SJS Cycles benchmark the e-commerce experience against their competition.
