SABA’s service was very poor
SABA’s service was very poor. I am relieved that my fine was cancelled, but surely it could and should have been been cancelled immediately they received my proof of payment of the parking charge. Instead I was made to wait more than 7 weeks for their cancellation message.

Sorted eventually
Having sent and received numerous correspondence re: a parking fine, I called ZZPS. I spoke to Ezra who took the time to look into the situation and he was able to explain what had happened. He was polite and extremely helpful so I would rate his help at 5 stars however I feel it shouldn't have got this far if an explanation had been provided earlier, hence the 3 star rating. Thank you to Ezra.

He really was patient in understanding my parking issue, which related to registration, and resolved this with no argument. I had received debt collection letter…
I had received debt collection letter for a PCN which had not been received in the post (possibly an issue my end). I spoke with Luke who was very helpful, listened to my concerns and managed to resolve the issue.

I called phone number because I wanted to find out more about my parking charge. An employee named “Cal” answered the phone, I gave him my information and he helped me out a lot by clearing things up. I trust his morality and actions as an employee of ZZPS. Invalid PCN
They said I mistyped my registration and the payment must have been assigned to a different car. They wouldn't acknowledge the stupidity of that statement. I'm supposed to have entered a 7 digit number plate and by some lottery beating odds, it matches a vehicle that had registered that day in the ANPR. If they showed the number plate on the bank statement, it would prove their system is flawed.

Dear ZZPS Limited,
I am writing to formally dispute the alleged outstanding balance of £170 referenced in your letter dated 08 December 2025.
I do not accept that this charge is valid, proportionate, or just, nor do I accept the addition of so-called “debt resolution charges”.
Firstly, I dispute the original Parking Charge Notice issued by your client, NForce Parking Management Ltd. At no point have I been provided with clear, sufficient, or lawful evidence demonstrating that a contractual agreement was properly formed, breached, and enforceable. Any allegation of “unauthorised parking” must be supported by clear signage, transparent terms, and proof that the driver knowingly agreed to those terms. To date, this has not been adequately demonstrated.
Secondly, the additional £70 administration or “debt recovery” fee is entirely unjustified. These inflated add-on charges have been widely criticised and are not reflective of any genuine loss. I note that the government’s Private Parking Code of Practice explicitly recognises that such fees are often unfair and disproportionate. I do not accept liability for costs that appear designed to intimidate rather than reflect actual expenditure.
Thirdly, I object to the threatening tone of your correspondence. References to court proceedings at this stage are premature and inappropriate while the debt remains formally disputed. Any attempt to pursue court action without first properly addressing this dispute would be unreasonable and

I attended an event at New Haw Club one…
I attended an event at New Haw Club one evening. I didn’t notice the sign asking guests to register at the bar because I met someone as soon as I walked in and didn’t give it another thought. The evening itself was enjoyable.
However, I later received a parking fine for using their car park—£60, which would increase to £100 if unpaid. I called to appeal and was asked for proof that I attended the event. I provided the Facebook invite and explained the situation, but since I paid cash for drinks, I had no receipt.
My appeal was rejected, and I then received a threatening letter demanding payment. When I tried calling again, the response was unhelpful and dismissive—the attitude was simply “just pay.” I ended up paying £60 to avoid further escalation, but there was no remorse or understanding from them.
Awful company—do not use.
I’d still appreciate someone explaining what I did wrong.
