4 stars only because I have just signed up. Super impressed with the speed of email communication to my questions. Very helpful and immediate responses. I signed up on the Black Friday deal after having read reviews and checked the site. Great for a small business just starting out for pricing and help, good templates. All looks straightforward to use. Having good support, makes me much more excited about the company and really elevates my experience and is likely to retain my loyalty if that support is not just "first impressions".

This company like scam
I registered a business account at zyro.com. i contacted them many times regarding my issues, but they never responded. i waited for 3 weeks with no response, then I had to contact their hostinger company and ask them for a refund. They said they would respond to my issue within 2 business days, and then i waited for 6 days and they never replied regarding my refund at zyro.com. This is one of the worst customer service and irresponsible companies I have ever encountered.i still waiting for the refund.

We are a marketing agency based in Hungary. We have used many website builders in the past to satisfy our clients needs but I have to say Zyro is the best so far. If you are looking for an easy to use drag and drop platform that helps you to build a website, you found it. Its Zyro.

Complete rubbish. Nothing works at all. I would be very much obliged if you cancel my subscription to this service. Money refund would be appreciated.

One of the worst services I have ever tested.
They say they have a 30 day money back guarantee.
But as soon as I signed up I emailed them to cancel the service package because the feature is not suitable.
There was no response from the managers.
They are trying to take money from me and my friends from their poor quality products.

You can't do anything on this website builder. You can't copy and paste, you can't put your Youtube channel or you podcast on here. It was a waste of money. Don't use!

Zyro is awesome!! The site is so easy to navigate through, the features are perfect for what I need for my website and the price is unbeatable. I purchased a 2nd subscription because of the great experience I have had using Zyro. Highly Recommend!! A++

The worst experience ever. I've been paying for the titan mail service for almost a year and had a titan email support person help me set it up only to have it not work. After months of emailing titan mail that I was not receiving my messages they set up a zoom call to help me and flake on me each time. The last time they said they would send a zoom link so they could help me trouble shoot live, I cancel plans and they never sent the zoom link. Finally I ask for a refund since there will never be any helpful support and since the service has never worked for me. They tell me that they will not refund me for anything. The worst customer service ever and hardest service to navigate. Do yourself a favor and do not use this company. You get what you pay for...

Inicialmente parece la plataforma maravillosa para tener en tiempo record una web sencilla de relación calidad-precio extraordinaria, PERO una vez en ello hay fallos técnicos demasiado básicos que fallan constantemente como en mi caso: el menú web para crear apartados. En menos de 3 días falló 3 veces. Las 2 primeras fue ok ya que la atención recibida fue buena y lo solucionaron de inmediato, pero a la tercera vez tardaron ¡24 horas +12 horas! (que supuso un bloqueo en la edición de 3 días) y eso que puse mil chats para que resolvieran lo antes posible. Honestamente fue muy frustrante, ya que es un elemento absolutamente vital en una plataforma que ofrece creación de webs...

Por otro lado, el formato que se ofrece para móvil me parece muy rudimentario. Es complicado reajustar el tamaño de las fotografías y no ofrece un juego fácil para que la visión en móvil sea más perfecta. Esto es importante porque hoy en día la versión móvil es la más importante.

Finalmente decidí reclamar el reembolso de lo pagado (había comprado una suscripción bianual) porque la lucha que tuve vía chat para NO lograr que me arreglaran a tiempo ese error tan básico en el menú web fue demasiado para mi paciencia. Cuando lo arreglaron ya había solicitado el refund (y lo arreglaron porque solicité esto).

Una pena la verdad, porque la plataforma es muy sencilla, se trabaja muy bien (cuando funciona), tiene ciertamente mucho potencial pero hay fallos básicos inaceptables y el tiempo y lucha vía chat hace que trabajar con ellos no merezca la pena, al menos para mí.

Devuelven el dinero, aunque tarda entre 7 y 15 días hábiles y el dominio no se puede transferir a otra plataforma hasta pasados 60 días. Mi recomendación para los que quieran usar Zyro es que primero lo prueben sin pagar y si están contentos pues ya que procedan con la suscripción. Yo me lancé y la verdad, me arrepiento bastante de no haber probado la herramienta a nivel técnico con más calma. Lo bueno de Zyro es que te ofrece la posibilidad de probar la herramienta antes de suscribirte (sea dicho que yo la probé cerca de una semana antes del pago y todo fue bien)

As a Graphic Designer I always look for companies to try for my clients to use and to expand my portfolio and this website is by far the worst I have dealt with. First, I could only use PayPal because they will claim your card as “Fraud” then when you are talking to the agent wanting to cancel because you are unsatisfied they refuse and will keep trying to make things better. I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst customers. They are super unprofessional. I am trying to wrap my head around accepting PayPal as a payment method but not allowing it as an integration. Save your money and shop elsewhere. I recommend WIX or Shopify.

Prior to signing up with Zyro, I was using another popular photographers website for my business. It was good, but not nearly the quality of Zyro. At first I thought Zyro was a less expensive place to land to save money, not true! Zyro customer service is by far the best, so helpful they go way above and beyond other platforms for you. Easy to use and if you get stuck their online chat is there to help you within minutes. I highly recommend Zyro to anyone, it is the best!

Zyro has allowed me the opportunity to build a website at a very affordable price. I'm excited to finally have an online presence which has been missing in my business. Super easy to use and perfect for beginners.

Somewhat of a basic website builder compared to others available. It has a still-ironing-out-issues feel to it. For example, the chat function button gets in the way of changing the section or header height because the slider is set in one place. The chat function is also annoying. Another issue is that when you select a text box, it doesn't always allow you to edit the text because the 'edit text' box doesn't appear. There are also elements missing that would be really good, for example, a drop down option for the answer when you click on a question. There's no option to change the website template, as far as I can see, you have to rebuild the website after selecting a new template. Had I known how basic Zyro was, I'd have gone elsewhere.

The help chat feature was extremely quick and efficient. Live help was an option, which is great.

Really easy to use website builder with good support if you need it would recommend for novice to more experienced!

I am blown away by Zyro, I dnt usually write reviews but I am more than impressed. This is the tool I have been looking for all my life. I had tried everything but this is simplicity at its best. Best website builder platform
