Ich warte jetzt seit über 4 Wochen auf meine Lieferung. Ich werde zwar ständig informiert, wo meine Lampen angeblich sein sollen, aber das ist alles Fake. Lasst die Finger von Zypro, ihr werdet verarscht u. euer Geld ist weg, wie bei mir !

Ich habe Lampen mit Bewegungsmelder bei Zypro gekauft. Die Lampen gehen auch bei Tageslicht an und waren sehr klapprig und insgesamt nicht hochwertig.
Wenn du an Zypro waren zurückschicken willst, dann rechne damit, dass du es nach China schicken musst, was sehr teuer ist!
Also habe ich die schrötteligen Lampen behalten :(

I attempted to purchase an IPTV subscription. I was sent to a shady WhatsApp conversation. The person told me to send payment for my desired purchase and take a screenshot of payment sent as proof. Once payment is recieved they would get started on my account. Once I sent payment I messaged multiple times and would no longer get a response from whomever I was previously speaking with. Seems like a scam to me. Don't waste your time. Find a more reliable source.

Scum! Took my money and I got nothing! They scammed me! What customer support!? Website no longer exists! Avoid like the plague!!

My website has been down for a month now. Their support staff are friendly but nothing happens.
It seems like the hostinger take over and migration has caused the dns problems I and others have.
Start away from zyro and hostinger

They said I have to change the plan, to do that I needed to duplicate my web store, wait 2 weeks so they can transfer all products. Zyro has extremely poor functionality, you can't even edit your DNS settings. Go with Wordpress, it's 100x times easier, or choose WIX if you have less experience

They have had my left shifter for over 2 weeks and not even the courtesy for a reply. Terrible service

After using Zyro software on my website I have fully (at least I thought fully) disconnected Zyro from my business and deleted Zyro software. As I come to find out later, Zyro's third party application is still connected to my Stripe account and is collecting my personal financial information. On top of that, I am not able to revoke access because Zyro does not allow me! Zyro support specialist explains to me that I no longer have a Zyro account where I could unlink Zyro from Stripe because I am not using Zyro. This is ridiculous and illegal!

Ich habe mehrmals ein Abonement abgeschlossen für 1 Jahr oder 2 Jahre. Das Geld wurde 3 mal abgebucht und meine Website wird einfach nicht aktiviert.
Es gibt keinen Kundendienst. Niemand antwortet oder reagiert auf Anrufe. Ich habe mehrmals nach Litauen telefoniert und nach minutelangen Klingeln geht nur der Anrufbeantworter ran. Ich glaube die Website hat keinen Kundendienst und ist ein Scam.
Bitte aufpassen. Ich muss den Fall an einen Anwalt weiterleiten.

Had a good website running, all of a sudden the website layout got totally ruined, text was automatically going to the side, images losing their formatted dimensions etc...
If you want a professional website builder I strongly advise against this business.
We lost soooo much time and effort.

I signed up for a website keeping in mind that they had a 30 day money back guarantee. About a week after my purchase I realized that this website was not working for me so I requested my money back as per their 30 day money back guarantee. I never received an email back. I have reached out about 5 times now over the past month and have not received a single reply. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM.

I spent months working on my Zyro website. I filled it with my art and poetry daily. Then, they deleted the entire website. One day I tried to log in and it was gone. Their customer service was patronizing, with no explanation as to why or for what reason they would do such a thing. Overall, if you want to put your hopes and dreams online, do NOT use Zyro.com, as you will be treated like you are no one.

I can not get into my web site in order to edit some blocks, in Zyro, I created 1 month and 9 days a go. I have already payed 1 year.

Website didn't have what I needed so I tried to cancel within the thirty day period. They ignore every request to cancel and don't follow through, so far no refund despite 4 requests to cancel and refund.

It was so good when we first came on then suddenly they didnt work with Ecwid where our shopping cart is. I am in limbo now. I was under the impression we bought and owned the website and paid for monthly hosting, but I can't even access the website now.

Too limited features and pricing is really very high comparing to its parent company (i.e, Hostinger). Still it market wix is available why should anyone bother to use it.

IF YOU WANT TO ZERO SERVICE YOU MUST CHOOSE THE ZYRO SERVICE BY HOSTINGER. I HAVE PAID 3 TIMES JUST FOR 1 MONTH SUBSCRIPTION TO TRY THEM. THE RESULT IS JUST A DISASTER. NO ANY REFUNDS. FAKE INTEGRATION LIES. AND A LOT. ON THEIR WEBSITE THEY ARE SAYING WE ACCEPT LOTS OF PAYMENT PROVIDER. THEY ACCEPT ZERO PROVIDER.

I have "Advanced Store" plan which expires on Aug 2024. But, they are discontinuing the Advanced store and want me to switch to their "Business Store" plan that is dud in comparison to what Ecwid ecommerce (that came with advanced plan)

I have built so much process around it - it is not possible to switch in one month. And definitely Zyro product does not any of the capbility Ecwid has.

Their business plan does not provide
1. Subscription handling
2. Affiliate management
3. Automation using webhooks
And many more.

It is so unprofessional that they are revoking the support in the middle of contract term and without any significant notice.

I ran an eCommerce site with Zyro for 2 years. The SW wasn't ideal but Zyro support was brilliant and eventually ran OK.
Three days before my contract renewal they asked me to try their new 'Business Plan' SW, but it doesn't work adequately.
The Groundhog Day started. I get emails saying that my payment hasn't been collected. I send screenshots, try different cards etc. Payment shows errors. Requests for console logs, explanation that Business Plan will be better for me (it isn't), promises that they will look into the reasons why payment doesn't work, many many different emails. Next day same thing. Next day same thing etc etc. A few days ago they took my site and email offline (so I couldn't email them (or access my Trustpilot))
What is sad is that many of the support staff have been really helpful in the past but at the moment don't seem able to check what happened previously so we just go round in circles. Today is Saturday and they have asked me to understand that nothing will happen until Monday but I have low expectations this will get fixed.
