I only have good things to say about the ordering and delivery process. I am very happy with both the order and delivery process and find the prices are very reasonable. I will continue to use this service.

Hi Dina,
This type of product is quoted by Costco based on 6 Kg but some pieces could have more or less. The price per Kg that you pay at the end is the same, but the total amount could be less or more if the quantity is not 6 Kg. In your situation, you have received a piece of 6.54 Kg so you were charged the same amount per Kg, but a little bit more than quoted as the quantity you have received is more. Hope this helps.

I was a bit skeptical before placing the order but then thought of giving it a try after reading such wonderful reviews about zum zum. I wasn’t disappointed at all. They sent me an email and a text msg telling when my order will arrive. The day of delivery they gave me one hour window when my items will be delivered and it was delivered right on time. I am very much pleased with the items I bought. Its prices are cheaper than costcos and the best part is that they even deliver frozen items which Costco doesn’t.
