My 4th or 5th time ordering and no complaints at all. They make things simple and delivery date is always on point as confirmed. Items are nicely put, although too exposed for my liking since I live in an apartment. I always get a call after delivery, just as a courtesy that it has been delivered. Very satisfied with ZumZum so far.

All items were in stock and fullfilled. Excellent billing information and pictures of items. All delivery and alert times were punctual and ALINA deserves 10 Stars for consistency.

Easy to order and delivered on time. They made a mistake with one item but a quick email and prompt response from them fixed the issue at the earliest. Great service!

The company’s response was a lie as the funds were deposited into the account via Scotiabank Visa. Asking again, where are the funds? Or you can simply fulfil the order by this Tuesday. And get it over with. Do not have groceries for three weeks, due to their negligence, this company deprives people of their basic needs and necessities through their honest purchases.

There is much proof against this company, through screenshots of payments, ledger, balances, and confirmation emails from both Scotiabank and this company. Yet they deny that there was any payment.

The refunds were never released by the company. When is refund coming into the Visa account.? Your reply said was a lie.. funds were taken out of Visa transferred to you and now additionally another three days to come back so when’s the refund coming? Or when is this order going be fulfilled Tuesday? I’ll take Tuesday.

Scotiabank said that you collected the funds as it’s been three days after. You have to provide a refund. Or you can take the same order and you can fulfill this for Tuesday.

The funds are still in the hands of this company and if only I could attach screenshots, but the funds were given to the company and a verification letter from Scotiabank.

Not impressed with the company. Shows delivery within days of purchase, miscalculated, false, and certainly not honest. After sign in and purchase. Did not get the notification until after the order was placed and the purchase statement was sent from the company via email. Shows that my order would be coming in on 25 September 2026 after the purchase was made and no replies by email or telephone to correct shipping times. Contacted credit card disputes.

Do not bother wasting your time go straight to Costco yourself.

Contact the disputes to your bank. Do not even bother trying to get your refund from them. And better yet completely avoid that company.

Ontario Consumer Protection Act has been contacted and a case is now pending. Not retrieving information and account with “still active” pending order to be terminated.

As stated credit card, disputes of the bank have been contacted. Better pay up better give the refund!

So much easier than buying a costco membership. No hassle. The delivery date was 6 days out and some of the discounts were expired so had to pay more. They also have mandatory tip for the driver. Don't know why I have to join Planet's choice to get a discount? Ended up paying 10% more for driver's tip.

I ordered 5 items. Received only four. Adjustments were made properly, but I would expect a better service by providing that missing item when it become available and that the shipping cost of that item be FREE. That would be a good service. Amazon does it!! Why not you?
