Since yesterday i tryed and tryed e mailing zum zum to call me back and still no one has what kind of company has a number where the only way to get a call is if you e mail them thats already shady i tryed at least 70 times know .CRAIG MCCUTCHEON is the ceo they yous costco company name to fool people i even tryed going to the company its run by rosedale livery Ltd no zum zum company there ..all i keep asking them to send my cheese wheel or give me back my money ...that was the last of my money to start a pasta fast food grand opening was to be tomorrow and they cant even call me back shame on them ..a friend who told me about this place had a refund back in a couple hours for 600.00 why cant the return my money back CRAIG MCCUTCHEON please call me

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Zumzum.ca. I placed an online grocery order worth $500 today, and without any prior notice or explanation, my order was abruptly canceled. This left me in a difficult position, without essential groceries that I was relying on after spending HOURS on their website trying to select my items. The text of cancellation cited "due to the information you have provided" as the reason, which is both vague and misleading. I provided accurate and complete information, making this explanation unacceptable.

With no working telephone number and only email for contact, the lack of communication and transparency from the customer service team is unacceptable. Not only was I informed about the cancellation after confirmation of my order, but there was also no attempt to offer an apology, explanation, or any form of compensation for the inconvenience caused.

I expect a certain level of professionalism and reliability, especially when it comes to essential services like grocery delivery. This experience has completely eroded my trust in Zumzum, and I will be taking my business elsewhere.

If you are looking for a dependable grocery delivery service, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere. The unprofessionalism and poor customer service at Zum zum are simply not worth the hassle.

I have sent Zum Zum no less than 3 emails to which they have not responded in the evening and before that almost 9 emails to which they did not respond explaining WHY the order was canceled >>>> Their here response is completely false. At no point did I request the cancellation of my order. Zum Zum: Your claim that I did is a misrepresentation of the facts. I would have given screenshots here but the system does not allow that.

The fact that you delivered within the time frame u said u would..

All items arrived exactly when I was told it would!
I recommend.

Somewhat disappointed because of the following:
1. Frozen item (scallops) came in half defrosted
2. Packaging of bag of walnuts was torn. Some walnuts came through the little torn hole and spilled inside the zumzum paper 🛒 bag

On time and accurate

I got to checkout, excited to order, ordered enough for free delivery.Then I got a $10 automatic gratuity which it appears cannot be removed. I did not complete my order.

Firstly, thank you for your service. Zumzum services are very useful and helpful, perfectly ontime. I recommend these services for others as well.

1. First of all customer service is unavailable over phone. You have send an email if any issues.
2. I placed an order for 7 items and items were supposed to be delivered after two days. When the items got delivered I found one important item was missing. When I called the delivery guy, he told me the item was unavailable when they went to pick the item from store. It would be nice to know if the item is not available when the order is placed in advance because I would not have placed the order as it is a waste of my time searching and placing order on your website and waiting for two days instead I would have gone some other store looking for this item.

We ,as seniors,love the delivery to our door.
It's also very much on time.
