Very streamlined process
when order placed, was informed that an item would not still be on sale when delivery was made so was given option to change, notification of order was instant, delivery date of order was sent and the the delivery was made on the scheduled day. very smooth

It’s very much a white-glove service
It’s very much a white-glove service. The products are nicely packaged, labeled, refrigerated if appropriate, and delivered to my doorstep.
I especially love that I receive a text in the morning of the delivery telling me the 1-hour window for my delivery - and the driver’s always on time within that window.

Delivery arrived in expected time
Delivery arrived in expected time. Delivery Alina even gave me a call to let me know if was on my porch as I was on a business call. Everything arrived packaged well and frozen/ refrigerated items were separated.

Flawless
The short two house window was perfect. Being able to call the driver was even better, and you get a heads up before they come. My delivery driver Alina was flawless. The price was very reasonable. An overall perfect experience.

I would have given you a 5 star rating
I would have given you a 5 star rating, BUT your business practice should be looked into . When I placed my order March 25/25 the Freybe Assorted Gourmet Salami item # 1722180 for $18.29 but because it was going to be delivered 1 week later the sale price became invalid, because the sale end that day.So I payed $23.39 . I still should have received my purchase for the sale price,like any real good Business/grocery store/ or any retail store would do. $5 is NO big deal BUT it’s the principle of doing good business and honoring a sale price. Talked about this on FB ,Tik Tok , family, friends, and associates. Sad business practice especially with all what’s going on in the world today. Alina was very courteous and prompt.
