I would go zero stars but you don’t give that option spent $800 on a coffee pot had nothing but problems with it. Your team refused to step up and repair will never buy a product from your company again.

I couldn’t believe the awesome quality of customer service! I called because when I changed the batteries on my frother it wouldn’t shut off. They not only replaced it but sent me an extra!
