I placed an order on July 29th, this is September 17th and I have not seen any of my order, haven't heard anything about my order and I can't get ahold of anyone at this "business". They stole my money and my order. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE PEOPLE - THEY ARE CROOKS!

I would give MINUS stars if possible. Ordered a quilted duffle bag on 9th August 2026. Tracking says it was delivered September 4th. I still have not received my order. They will not tell me which Australian carrier was used when it supposedly reached Australia. I believe it never arrived in Australia.I also paid for freight insurance. I requested a refund and then they sent me an email stating refund would take 25-30days. What a pile of rubbish. Their website states refunds are sent within 1 day. When I questioned this they sent another email saying "their backend balance is insufficient at present. In other words they have no money! DO NOT order from this site as I believe it is a SCAM

Scam company! Look at all the reviews! I am a senior also-also did not receive my order! They act like they know nothing! But they get that money out fast! It looks cute but total SCAM. DONT ORDER FROM THEM

I really wanted to give it no stars. My experience with this company is horrible. I waited way too long for my product and never received it. I contacted them and they make it seem like it’s my fault that it wasn’t delivered. I can’t afford to pay to check on the delivery because I am senior and disabled so I don’t have any extra money to pay for an app to check on my delivery if you’re thinking about buying something from this company, I would reconsider

I ordered $55 from this company back in late July of 2026, without reading their statements of their sites conditions and disclosures, including their standards for purchases from their company and Buyer Beware warnings. I never checked Trust Pilot for all the reviews concerning them, either and I never received my order. They stated that my order was delivered, but after investigating them I found out they are thieves and have lied and will steal from you if you dont read their truthful statements that they intend to do exactly what they state, and steal your money and give you nothing! Sure taught me a painful lesson!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. ITS A SCAM BUSINESS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY DONT ANSWER EMAILS. I DISPUTED MY PURPOSE AND WAS REFUNDED BY MY BANK!!!! SCAM BUSINESS WITH TERRIBLE REVIEWS

Give me my money back! In which they are scamming people

I would give ZERO stars if possible. Ordered some quilted duffle bags on July 31. Tracking says it was delivered Aug 28. I still do not have anything. They will not tell me how it was shipped (USPS, FedEx, etc) and just keep telling me it says it was delivered. Well, it SAYS delivered, but I never got a confirmation photo, and never saw anything on my cameras.
Will never order from this ripoff site again!

The store is a scam, not just me say this. I place an order on July 30 2026 and I haven’t received my package even when it says it was delivered. You never get your package, it always get lost in the mail. When you try to get in touch they do write you back to let you know that you have to try to find your lost package with the delivery company they use. And they won’t give your money back either. This is the response I got from them I am posting it that way everybody knows this company is a nest of thieves:

So what they meant with this words is thats your problem not ours because they supposedly sent the package. Nobody should buy anything from ZOYABLISSS.com.

I have ordered like 7 items haven’t recieved or nothing very disappointed how someone can do anyone like this , pretty stuff n not recieved is a shame will not order what’s going on

Is there a negative rating. And their "tracking" company....in China ? is useless. They can say delivered, but NO date, address confirmation or carrier name. Again unfortunate since they do have nice clothes. Bliss in name is ironic!

Did not receive. Saying delivered but did not receive. Very disappointed. Now I’ll try to get a refund.

I placed an order in June 2026 and have not received that order! When I contacted them they said the order had been delivered! I checked with my local post office and they have no record of that package! THE COMPANY IS FAKE AND A TOTAL SCAM! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

SCAM website. Tracking number comes up as being delivered. Nothing received. No reply to emails. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE. You will lose your money

I purchased 15 items that I still haven't received. It is very frustrating for a company advertising beautiful items that may not even be their products.
Zoyabliss it a JOKE, LIARS and SCAMMER. They had the nerves to send a tracking number that you can't track.
So take my advise. When you see ads when you playing games do not click on it!!!!

Disgusting business practices. The organization is a scam. They are a fraud. Please don't use their site. It has been since 8/3/2026 I inquired about the company and they lied about the product order. Then today the liars say it was delivered. They tried to get me to download some tracking app. Scammers. If I could leave no stars I would.No delivery. No order received.

Ordered over 2 months ago. Tracking said it was delivered. I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! Do not do ANY business with them! If I could leave 0 stars, I would!

I place an order on July 28, 2026. On August 25, 2026 the tracking number says that it was delivered. Never received! The same thing happened with Winsleigh They are NOT A TRUE STORE/BUSINESS... IT'S A SCAM!

I should have checked Trustpilot before ordering.
I ordered two retro Hippie stye quilted VW bus shoulder carry bags.
I kept my eye on the tracking and finally on Aug, 23rd it showed package 'out for delivery'. I didn't receive it that day, nor the next, nor the day after that. Finally on the morning of Aug. 27th, the tracking status showed 'Delivered' the night before at 8:10 PM.
I checked both my doors and no package was outside either one of them. I checked my outdoor security camera footage and saw no one delivering anything.
I wrote to them and explained the package hadn't been received. I waited 2 days for a response and when I hadn't gotten one, I wrote them again but still haven't heard from them.
I believe this is a scam storefront! I'm out $27.
Stay away from zoyablisss.com!
