I waited 30 days for the first order which it eventually showed as delivered but never delivered. Then they resent the package which was exactly the same, showed delivered today but it was never delivered. I was in constant contact with them but she lied the whole time. I am reporting to BBB and oh they also refused to give me a refund so I am reaching out to my credit card company. I ordered 10 of the quilted bags. Horrible company. Fraudulent

I had a very disappointing experience ordering from Zoya.ie.

Shortly after placing my order, I received an email in Polish asking for my address details. At first it genuinely appeared to be a scam email, although it eventually turned out to be legitimate. The website presents itself as an Irish site, so I was surprised to later find out through customer service that the company headquarters is actually based in Poland.

Delivery was also far slower than advertised. The estimated delivery time was 5–7 working days, but my order took almost a month to arrive. Communication throughout the process was very difficult. I had to use Google Translate for emails in Polish, Dutch, and Lithuanian, and I rarely received replies in English.

The dresses finally arrived only days before our event. Unfortunately, one of the dresses tore during the event despite normal wear. I contacted the company almost two weeks ago regarding the damaged dress and have received no response since.

Overall, the lack of transparency, delayed delivery, poor communication, and lack of after-sales support made this a very frustrating experience. Based on my experience, I would not recommend shopping here.

This is a fraud instagram page, don't buy any products from them, in addition to the amount we are paying, they are asking us to pay extra invoice amount, they are fraudsters, don't ever believe these people and lose your hard-earned money

Worest service, they are cheating they are selling worest products. Don't purchase from zoyaclothing. Customer service too worest. No response at all. Too worest service they are cheating people need to ban this type of websites.

I would like to rate 0 for this. The saree what is ordered is of bad quality and never trust what you see in Instagram or anything. What yu get is different when yu receive. Amazon or Myntra is best option or go for offline shopping instead never buy from this store especially Zoya. Worst looked like old saree. Waste of money before buying saree see the reviewa

I have ordered one saree which got delivered but wrong one not as shown in the quality in site.
When I have written mail to support through mail which got bounced.i tried for 3 times but bounced.

They cheated me. I paid for two sarees but they sent only one. Moreover the quality of the saree is absolutely bad. They do not respond to your calls. Email id is not working. Email bounced back. They are thugs. Rob people of their hard earned money.

I ordered a red saree after watching the reel from Instagram. Waste of money and was very disappointed to receive a dull bad quality maroon saree. Just wasted 1000 rupees. Please stay away.

I ordered two sarees, out of which one saree is in a very bad state and has lot of stain spots on it. As per the refund policy I tried submitting the details for refund with video proof on the said email i.e. supportatzoyaclothingdotin within 5 days from the receival date of the order as per the given policy. However, the email never reached to this email as it has some errors. There is no contact number mentioned to call and ask for customer service. I feel that I have been tricked by Zoya clothing. If anyone from Zoya Clothing is reading this, should respond to this message. If I don't see any reply, then I have no choice but to report to the consumer court.
