I have no clue where this company got my data from (clear breach of GDPR) but after receiving several cold calls I asked the caller where they got my number and they said zoom info.com!

I have never given them permission to give away my contact name and number!

False advertisement and push you into the service when you tell them clearly you cannot afford and they try and swindle you out of money because false contract. The service is not what they make it out to be, I would NOT wish this on my worst enemy. Please STAY AWAY from these SCAMMING people.

Super annoying company, all their data is scraped from ancient databases and never updated. You CANNOT remove your data, nor can you even update your data. You can send in the forms, email them, call them, they DO NOT CARE. They are the only data company that does not honor privacy requests!

Won’t let me update or delete my businesses data that they harvested.
Surely that’s illegal?

This is the waste of time and money. Do not use their service.

Trying to find an email address to ERASE my data. I've never communicated to this organisation my personal details. As an EU citizen, just get rid of them ! I'm tired of receiving cold calls because of you.

ZoomInfo were very pushy to get us to sign up. They provided us with all the bells and whistles but then when discussing what our budget was they didn't give us a trial of what we were getting, if they did we wouldn't have signed up for it. Then for what we needed charged us more which took us above our initial budget.
They also made it hard to cancel because they ignored messages. All in all, it was a terrible experience and would never recommend people to use them.

Don't even consider engaging with them, they will harass you until the end of time and brazenly ignore any requests to be removed from their database.

Great asset for business. It help professionals to get the details of decision makers of companies by just a click away.

Unusual Encounter
My recent experience with this platform was rather peculiar. Upon signing up for a trial to explore the features and compare with competitors and decide which platform to proceed with (I discovered that even top-tier competitors provided limited access without requiring a trial)
Shortly after receiving an activation code, I was surprised to receive a phone call without prior inquiry into my availability. While I understand the pressure to convert trials into sales, it was disconcerting to have someone inquire about my personal data and the purpose behind my trial within minutes.

This approach struck me as unacceptable and raised suspicions about the platform's integrity. I communicated that I needed at least 24 hours to explore the platform before discussing further. To my surprise, they promptly deactivated my trial link. This peculiar experience prompted me to seek feedback from others, and it seems I'm not alone. I've come across claims suggesting their platform is ineffective and possibly associated with fraudulent activities.

Received an unsolicited email from this company telling me that they will be processing my personal information. On who's authority?
This is a scam/spam email company trying to build a data business by data scrape from the internet of peoples personal and business information. They try to tell you that they have a legitimate interest to your data. NO YOU DON'T!
44% 5 star reviews??? Really! Check them out. The vast majority are from reviewers who have only ever made 1 review - i.e. their only review is for Zoominfo. Fake reviews?? That tells you all you need to know.

Can't remove data - incoming class action maybe? :D

From start to finish, ZoomInfo has been intuitive and easy to set up. Zak Jones was considerate and listened through the sales process to deliver a solution that worked for us. Moira Winder has been excellent thereafter in terms of account management and onboarding. Very impressed.

We signed up for Zoominfo. It is extremely expensive but came with a lot of claims of success. Buyer beware, after 6 months we didn’t make a single sale and when we challenged our account manager he admitted this does happen. We are certainly not the first company that has a bad experience with this company.

Abysmal. I am furious that this company has taken it upon themselves to publish my personal data without my consent.

I appreciate that it's easy to say that the level of service and ongoing account management has been excellent, but it really has. Zak Jones was excellent throughout the whole process. Along with being an exceptionally talented BDM and all round nice fella, he continued to provide support well beyond the procurement of the solution.

Switched from Cognism to ZoomInfo this year, seamless switch, no hiccups or downtime for the team in switching systems. I particularly like ZoomInfo's Hubspot integration, this saves my team a tonne of time.

We've been a customer of Zoominfo for a few years now - before they merged/got brought out by DiscoverOrg.

The data is of high quality, but the customer service dropped off a cliff as soon as DiscoverOrg got involved. We went from 2-day email responses, to then having to chase responses from them and one issue took them 6 months to sort out.

Appalling customer service from a platform that costs many hundreds £'s per month.
Quite frankly, I'm embarrassed for them.

P.S: They will change your customer service representative more times than you change your pants!

I am very disappointed from this B2B database platform.
1) Onboarding was poor. There was such disconnect between all the different parties involved.
2) Customer service was inferior to what we've seen from competitors of Zoom Info.
3) The platform was not intuitive, there are many flaws and things on our wish list for them to improve and make it easy to pull lists
4) The platform may be OK for single contact look ups but for building lists it is cumbersome
5) The Engage licences - we have still been unable to utilize - the set up is so not intuitive and time-consuming.
6) Hate that the credits do not roll over and if one user hasn't used their credits they cannot roll them over to another user.
7) And the biggest disappointment was the data quality. We were told ZoomInfo has the best data but we saw such crappy titles (probably scrubbed form the web), and we'd get 10% bounce rate on email campaigns using ZoomInfo data.
The list goes on and on...
